March “Mead” Madness

                     In this workshop you will learn some mead history, lore and how to make mead.  Mead samples will be offered to taste throughout the event.  After the fermentation process, which is about a month, Maryland Homebrew will bottle the batch of mead made during the workshop for each participant.  You can retrieve your bottle from Maryland Homebrew or you can retrieve your bottle at The Maryland Jane Austen Festival, May 1-3, at the JASNA MD tent.  Light refreshments will be served and all are welcomed to meet at a nearby restaurant after the workshop.  JASNA Member Fee: $40  Non Member Fee: $50  Fee is for the workshop only.
