Join JASNA Maryland for a group outing to see Emma at the intimate, 245-seat Everyman Theater in downtown Baltimore. Exuberant and brimming with heart, Kate Hamill’s exciting new adaptation of Emma offers a fast-paced modern take on Jane Austen’s classic story of love and romance. Renowned for her imaginative and feminist adaptations of literature, Hamill brings a mischievous flair into Emma Woodhouse’s matchmaking adventures with a heartwarming comedy that promises an evening of laughter, romance, and delicious surprises.
Following the performance, JASNA members are invited to congregate at the Pratt Street Ale House at 206 W. Pratt, an 8-minute walk from the theater, for refreshments (separate checks) to discuss the show and all things Jane Austen. Please indicate on your reservation if you plan to join us, so we can give the restaurant an accurate head count for our reservation.

Refunds: Due to costs, refunds will only be issued if we are able to fill your spot, and will be subject to a $5 deduction to cover processing fees.
PARKING
The spaces that are closest to the theatre are the space located at 107 North Eutaw, and 308 W. Fayette – there are two entrances, the one being at Fayette is directly across the street. The Centerpoint Garage – is located directly to the left of the garage across the street , and that address is 310 W. Baltimore Street. Here are further details about parking.
